When selecting, consider the intended use and your company image. For everyday employee wear, I recommend 100% cotton T-shirts at 180 g/m² and polo shirts at 200 g/m² — they hold their shape well and withstand frequent washing. For representative events and client-facing occasions, opt for a quality cotton-blend fabric with elastane and a contemporary cut. For trade fairs and events, lighter 150 g/m² T-shirts in a unified corporate colour are perfectly sufficient. For sports events, go for functional moisture-wicking fabrics. Always plan for size variety — order a 5–10% buffer in each size.

Screen printing is a traditional, cost-effective method — ideal for one- to four-colour logos on cotton and polyester fabrics, and best suited for larger runs (50+ pieces). Embroidery has a premium feel, withstands years of washing and is well-suited to polo shirts, sweatshirts and professional workwear — it is a higher-end option and is recommended for smaller logos (up to 10 cm). Sublimation printing enables full-colour coverage across the entire garment including sleeves and shoulders, but works only on 100% polyester. DTG (Direct to Garment) is ideal for short runs, photographs and complex artwork — the design is printed digitally directly onto the fabric. DTF (Direct to Film) is the most modern decoration method: the desired motif is digitally printed onto a transfer medium and then applied to the textile. It supports even colour-complex artwork and photographs, and when executed correctly the result is vibrant and soft to the touch.

Sustainable options now make up a substantial part of our corporate apparel range. Top materials: GOTS-certified organic cotton — the most highly regarded choice for T-shirts and polo shirts; recycled polyester (rPES) from PET bottles — ideal for functional sportswear; hemp fabric — for premium collections with an authentic look; lyocell (Tencel) — a luxurious alternative with a low environmental footprint; bamboo viscose — gentle on skin and naturally antibacterial. Eco textiles typically carry a higher price point, but for companies with an active ESG strategy they are an essential investment.

When preparing an order for a team, we recommend: conducting a size survey among employees (a quick online form takes about 10 minutes), purchasing a standard S-XXL distribution roughly following the formula 10/20/30/25/15% (adjusted according to your team's gender split), ordering a 5-10% reserve for new employees, and bearing in mind that women's cuts run smaller (typically one size difference). A women's size L corresponds approximately to a men's M. Most companies order a unisex fit that suits both genders -- saving time and minimising returns.

Standard production lead times for corporate branded clothing with print are as follows: 7–14 working days for screen printing; 14–21 days for embroidery (including preparation of the embroidery programme); 5–10 days for sublimation printing on in-stock models; and 7–14 days for DTG digital printing. With express delivery we can handle simple screen printing on in-stock T-shirts in 3–5 days. For large orders of 500+ pieces, please allow 3–4 weeks. Without print, in-stock items are dispatched by the next working day. During peak seasons — before Christmas and the start of the school year — we recommend booking your order one week earlier than usual due to increased production demand.
