Given the high pile and soft structure of fleece and microfibre blankets, conventional direct printing is not suitable for branding — ink would sink into the fabric structure and bleed. The clear winner is machine embroidery. We use high-quality viscose or polyester threads with a dense underlay, which ensures the logo stands proud above the blanket surface, does not get lost in the pile, retains perfectly sharp contours, and withstands dozens of wash and dry cycles without any distortion of the artwork.

With blankets, it is essential that the branding feels pleasant to the touch and does not scratch. For high-pile micro-plush or sherpa blankets, embroidery placed in the corner of the blanket is the ideal choice — it looks luxurious and has an unlimited lifespan. For classic, thinner polar fleece blankets, laser engraving is a durable alternative — the laser gently burns the top layer of the fleece fibres, creating a subtle, textured, darker relief logo without any inks or dyes, thereby preserving the full softness of the blanket's entire surface.

Picnic blankets represent a distinct category of textile merchandise associated with outdoor activities and leisure. They are composed of two layers — the top side is made from soft fleece or cotton for comfortable seating, while the underside features a waterproof layer of PEVA material or aluminium foil that reliably insulates against cold and moisture from wet grass. The blankets are designed to fold easily into a compact carry bag with an integrated hook-and-loop flap and a carrying handle. This flap serves as an ideal surface for printing a large, highly visible logo.

Large-format textiles require proper care to preserve dimensional stability and colour fastness. We recommend washing sublimation-printed tablecloths and polyester blankets at 30–40 °C on a gentle cycle with low spin speed. Do not use fabric softener on microfibre blankets — it can bond the fine fibres together and reduce their warmth and softness. Tablecloths should be ironed at a low temperature setting (synthetics) exclusively from the reverse side. Blankets should not be ironed at all — after washing it is sufficient to hang them loosely, allowing them to return to their original shape on their own.
