Why are promotional aprons the most important item in the hospitality and retail segment, and how should they be branded?
Work aprons with a custom logo are by far the most important and best-selling item in our workwear range. They are the essential face of waiters, bartenders, chefs and baristas in cafés, as well as staff in bakeries, butcher shops and florists. Aprons protect personal clothing from stains and at the same time form the central visual element of a venue's identity, because they sit right at the customer's eye level during ordering. They are made from sturdy blended fabrics with a high weight per square metre, equipped with practical pockets for a wallet or tablet, and for branding we use highly durable screen printing or premium machine embroidery.
Why are promotional aprons the most important textile item in the hospitality and hotel industry?
Branded work aprons form the absolute foundation of visual identity in the HoReCa segment. They are worn by waiters, baristas, chefs and wellness centre staff — meaning they are in constant, direct contact with guests. We offer bib aprons as well as classic waist aprons (bartender style) in a wide range of colours and materials, including premium high-gsm cotton, durable blended fabrics and contemporary canvas styles with leather detailing. Aprons protect personal clothing from soiling, feature practical pockets for order pads and notepads, and project a professional image for your establishment.
What types of workwear are available for blue-collar professions, cleaning services and industry?
For demanding industrial sectors, construction companies, car workshops and technical services we supply robust workwear trousers (waist and bib-and-brace styles), work blouses, reinforced jackets and specialist garments for cleaning staff. These garments must meet high standards of mechanical durability, seam strength and comfort during physical work. They feature reinforced knees (with the option to insert knee pads) and a wide range of tool pockets. Branding is applied using highly durable industrial transfer prints or solid embroidery, both of which withstand aggressive washing in industrial laundries at high temperatures.
What workwear do you offer for specialized professions such as cleaning staff, industrial workers and catering personnel?
Our range covers a complete selection of workwear across a variety of industries. For construction and industrial workers we offer durable work trousers, work blouses and highly insulating softshell jackets with reinforced elbows. For cleaning services and back-of-house staff, lightweight T-shirts and polo shirts with high resistance to frequent washing are ideal. Catering and kitchen personnel will appreciate certified chef shirts with ventilation panels. All garments are cut with maximum ergonomic freedom of movement in mind for physical work and meet stringent safety requirements.
How do certified safety reflective vests work, and what standards must they meet?
Reflective vests are a mandatory safety element for workers on construction sites, in logistics centres, on roads and in industrial premises. All reflective vests in our range strictly comply with the European standard EN ISO 20471, which defines the exact area of fluorescent material (high-visibility yellow or orange colour) as well as the width and arrangement of retroreflective strips that reflect light from headlights and spotlights. Your company logo is printed on the back or chest using screen printing, with the logo size optimised so that the legally required reflective surface of the vest remains fully intact.
When should you choose embroidery for workwear branding, and when is DTF printing the better option?
The choice of technology depends on the fabric type and the demands of the working environment. For catering operations, overalls and chef coats we strongly recommend machine embroidery. Embroidery offers extreme mechanical durability, looks highly professional, and withstands industrial washing at high temperatures and boiling without losing colour or shape. For complex multi-colour logos, fine text or lighter textiles (T-shirts for cleaning service staff) DTF (Direct to Film) is the ideal technology, offering perfect detail, vivid colours and high flexibility of the print.
What standards must reflective safety vests with a custom company logo meet?
Reflective safety vests are a legally required piece of equipment in road transport, construction and logistics. All vests in our range strictly comply with the European standard EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing. They are made from fluorescent material (yellow or orange) and fitted with certified reflective strips that reflect headlight beams. When applying a logo, the maximum permitted print area must be observed so as not to impair the reflective function of the vest — our graphic designers are happy to assist with this.
How should branded workwear be washed and maintained to preserve its service life?
Workwear is exposed to heavy soiling and requires frequent washing. Garments with DTF print or screen printing should always be washed inside out at a maximum temperature of 40 °C, without aggressive bleaches or fabric softeners that could damage the print binder. Workwear with embroidery can withstand temperatures up to 60 °C (and even higher with specialist threads). Printed textiles must never be ironed directly over the printed motif — ironing should be done from the reverse side or through baking paper. Following these guidelines ensures the branding remains perfect throughout the entire service life of the garment.
